We review the information and discuss availability, the proposed fee, technical requirements and any special arrangements.
Confirm the booking
Once the conditions have been agreed, the booking is confirmed according to the agreed process and contract.

How far in advance should I book?
It depends entirely on the requested date. Earlier enquiries are recommended, since availability varies week to week.
Can I book BEN D for a private event?
Yes — private and special events can be submitted through the form, subject to availability and agreement.
How much does a performance cost?
The fee depends on the event, date, location, performance duration, technical arrangements and other relevant factors. Send your event details and you will receive a tailored quotation.
What equipment is required?
Technical requirements are shared and agreed during the booking process, based on the venue and the agreed setup.
When is a booking officially confirmed?
A booking is confirmed only after the necessary terms and arrangements have been agreed. An enquiry alone is not a confirmation.
What if my event details are not finalised yet?
That's normal. Send an enquiry with the information you have now and update the rest later.
Can I request a specific music style?
Describe the intended atmosphere and music direction in the enquiry. House, tech house and Latin house are the core, but the room decides more than the label.
